Where are orders delivered?
Delivery is available worldwide, except for Russia and Belarus..
Cost and delivery terms within Ukraine
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the service "Nova Poshta".
- Orders placed during the day are shipped the same day.
- If the order is placed in the evening, shipping is done the next day.
- The cost of delivery is paid by the customer according to the carrier's rates.
- The tracking number is generated automatically — please keep an eye on notifications from Nova Poshta.
International shipping
International shipments are carried out using global postal services.
- Delivery cost: 15–30 EUR (depends on the country).
- Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days.
- The sender is not responsible for possible delays by international postal services.

On the website, you can quickly and securely pay for your order using a method that is convenient for you.

Exchange and return
I am committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason the jewelry does not suit you, you can arrange an exchange or return within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order.
Conditions:
- The jewelry must be in new condition, without signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
